Training

FEW's approach to speed is to focus on quickness. The game is not a sprint its a constant change of speed and direction. Understanding that comes with having quick choppy feet, being light on your feet, and having great balance. Which leads FEW into focusing on body mechanics through mobility. Players will understand the importance of the steering wheel, which is the use of the hips, shoulders, arms and core.

The Few way is to focus on all the tiny details. Those details are the how and the why on the use of the body to help fine tune the 3 individual techniques. All 5 are critical on becoming a better player. Whatever the position defender, midfielder, or forward, to be an impact player, you all to be good at all 3. FEW's training methods will get players there!

Finishing Technique

FEW focuses on shooting mechanics and shooting moments. Most players are scared of the "what if I miss" metal thoughts instead of "I'm mentally prepared, so I'm physically prepared" but repetition and mental confidence will conquer all.
